Principal idea:

To combine two fields of knowledge known to be traditionally far apart: engine technology and electronics.

"To initiate, develop and modernise techniques combining engine technology and electronics leading to new products which not only offer users economical benefits but which also contribute to the protection of the environment and to make profit; such profit to be reinvested into further technological research."
